Neapolitan DOC, since childhood Eduardo dreamed of becoming a cook, guided by his two beloved grandmothers.
In their kitchens, he immerses himself in those typically Neapolitan tastes and scents that will accompany him throughout his career.
After his diploma and his first professional experiences in Naples, his passion made him fly overseas, where he worked at the “Caruso” restaurant in Philadelphia.
Returning to Italy still very young, his constant desire to improve led him to deepen his studies at Alma, the Italian cooking academy of the great chef Gualtiero Marchesi.
The doors of the haute cuisine are now open and Eduardo is requested in the best restaurants in Italy, such as "La Peca", two Michelin stars, and "Casa del nonno 13", one Michelin star.
In Rome, he became kitchen manager of the "Sin" restaurant of the Aleph Rome Hotel and in 2012 he arrived on the island of Capri, becoming Executive Chef at the "JKitchen" restaurant of the prestigious J.K. Place, a role he will hold until 2018.
Since 2020 he has returned to his hometown.
On the terrace of The Britannique, guests can discover the city not only thanks to the panorama: each dish conceived by Executive Chef Eduardo Estatico is a surprising journey into Naples and Campania.
