Eduardo Estatico's cuisine is genuine and creative at the same time, as it manages to combine history and tradition with the search for the contemporary.
Tastes and aromas of his Neapolitan childhood evolve thanks to the experiences gained during the gastronomic journeys. They meet the passion for the Neapolitan dramatist Eduardo De Filippo and become dishes with clear and clean flavors, strictly seasonal and without prejudices: the garden, the earth and the sea coexist between past and present, in a vision of ethical and sustainable gastronomy, which goes well beyond the cuisine.
